Hello, I'm Whitney Hill and I chose this topic because I want to know the benefits I'm missing out on. I used to go to the gym 3 times a week in the beginning of fall semester, but now I don't go at all! I want to be able to see that even though I get lazy sometimes, staying physically active is always the right answer. I'm looking forward to talk about simple, but effective ways to stay fit and exercise that doesn't require you to run a mile or lift a crazy amount of weight; things that won't be overly extreme to do.

    I am in the same place, I used to go to the gym two of three times a week but over the past year I have more or less stopped altogether. The last time I was at the gym was probably late December. This is an amazing topic because a lot of people feel the struggle of being lazy.
    Hope you meet your goal and start working out again.

  2. I am so excited to read all of your posts. I'm in the same position as you with feeling lazy to go to the gym. I used to be insanely fit over the summer because it's such a carefree, happy, time to drink lemonade and be outside. I went to the gym 5-7 days a week and was constantly moving. Being back at school it has been different. I have been having shoulder problems and I only go to the gym like 3 times a week... which makes me go crazy because I think I'm getting out of shape and fat :( Looking forward to read the posts.
